  • Will I recieve a certificate when I complete the course?

    You will recieve a statement of completion for each Learning Byte completed. Once you have completed all of the Learning Bytes you will be able to enrol in a certified course which will grant you a Cert II.

  • What qualifications can I enrol in?

    BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills.
    ICT20120 Certificate II in Applied Digital Technologies

  • Do these certificates count toward my QCE credits?

    Yes! You can earn up to a combined total of 8 credits.

  • Are there captions available?

    All videos are accompanied by a separate subtitle document which can be downloaded and viewed separately.

  • What if I have forgotten my password?

    You can change your password here. Just enter the email address you used to sign up and click submit. We will email you instructions to change your password.

  • Where can I find detailed information on all aspects of the HyFlex Skills Non Accredited and Accredited Program?

    All information is contained in your Student User Instruction Manual. If you do not have a copy. Please ask your teacher for further information.

  • What System Requirements do I need to have access to for the successful running of the Hyflex Skills Program?

    To ensure the HyFlex Skills Online Learning Platform runs well, your desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or smart device requires the following: • The most recent version of a compatible web browser (as per web browser list below) • Javascript enabled • PDF plugin • Graphic and audio output capability • Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (recommended) • TLS 1.2 supported by your web browser

  • What emails can we expect to receive?

    HyFlex Skills Online Learning Platform runs on the Thinkific Learning Management System (LMS). This means that at times automatically generated emails will come from a @thinkific.comemail address as well as @hyflexskills.com.au. It is highly recommended that you add the following email addresses to your safe senders list - [email protected]

  • Is there a central student interface?

    The Dashboard is the central user interface for logged in users. You can access the HyFlex Skills Learning Bytes, your own user data, and your certificates via the dashboard. Take time to become familiar with this Dashboard. It is easy to navigate and it provides you with real time updates with your progress.
